Sandwich Bread


225 g white rice flour

115 g oat flour

70 g brown rice flour

65 g potato starch

50 g milk powder

35 g psyllium husk powder

30 g tapioca starch

30 g sugar

10 g yeast

10 g salt


500 g warm water, about 110 F

2 eggs

2 tablespoons butter, melted



Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.


Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add the water and butter. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs, and mix until totally incorporated.


Pour the dough into the prepared pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.


Preheat the oven to 350 F. Let the dough rise for an hour; it will increase in volume by about 50%.


Bake for about 90 minutes.
