Guacamole

I don’t think that there’s anything special about the ingredients in this recipe, but I think that the method is different.

3 small to medium avocadoes

Juice of 1 lime

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ cup pico de gallo

Salt and pepper, to taste

Process the flesh of the avocados, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor until the mixture is smooth. Remove the mixture from the food processor. Fold in the pico de gallo, and season with salt and pepper.

By using the food processor, the lime juice is mixed in better than it would be if the mixture was mixed by hand. This allows the guacamole to stay green for a number of days.
