Mexican Chili Powder

You might wonder why this is necessary….Well, the majority of Mexican seasoning packets in the grocery store contain gluten, sugar, and salt. Who needs that filler when you can get all flavor and no filler?

½ cup chipotle chili powder

½ cup Guajillo chili powder

1/3 cup ancho chili powder

1/3 cup jalapeno chili powder

1/3 cup arabol chili powder

1 cup ground cumin

2/3 cup paprika

2/3 cup dried oregano

Place all of the ingredients in an airtight container and shake to mix well. I always shake the container before I use this mixture.
